The MSZ-GA Series is the newest inverter air conditioner line-up available from Mitsubishi Electric, which feature highly effective air filters such as the Catechin type. This new line also offers quieter operation and has a distinctively styled front panel that not only looks appealing but also helps to make cleaning of the unit easier.

Inverter technology is your key to more comfort throughout the year, whatever the season. By controlling compressor rotation speed more precisely, inverter technology provides high-speed cooling and heating with extra energy savings compared to non-inverter models.

Ultra-silent 21dB Operation For MSZ-GA25VB
Our indoor units are some of the quietest in the industry, operating at a noise level of as low as 21dB. To put that into perspective, consider that background noise in a library is 30dB. Innovations like the multi-angled heat exchanger, modified fin shape and large-diameter fan have increased efficiency while allowing greater airflow volume to be pushed through at lower speeds. The introduction of an uneven fan-blade pitch and a remote-controlled vane add further significant reductions to air resistance as well.

Healthy Catechin Filter
Catechin, a bioflavonoid found in green tea is used in the filters for its antiviral and antioxidant qualities. Catechin also offers excellent deodorizing characteristics, which is why Mitsubishi Electric uses this compound in it air conditioning filters to not only improve air quality but to also prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses in the room.

Cleaning-free Pipe Technology
All models in the series are compatible with Mitsubishi Electric's original Cleaning-free Pipe technology, which enables the reuse of existing piping. This saves on materials waste as well as installation time and expenses.

Low outside Temperature Cooling
Thanks to the outdoor unit’s intelligent fan speed control, the inverter models perform well in cooling mode even when the outside temperature is down to -10C. And of course, all models are capable of heating operation in the -10 to 24C temperature range.

New Look Flat Panel
Front panel features a smooth contoured finish with a top air intake instead of grilles. This innovation helps to reduce noise and airflow to the heat exchanger is improved.

"Econo Cool"
Allows set temperatures to be raised without any loss in comfort for a 20% gain in energy efficiency, compared to conventional cooling mode.

24-Hour Timer
On/off operation can be set simultaneously in 10-minute increments for a 24-hour period

Auto Restart
Especially useful during sudden blackouts as the unit will turn back on automatically when power is restored.

Quick Clean Design
The easily detachable panel on the GA models is a snap to wash and the airflow vents can be opened without and special tools for quick cleaning of the inside of the air conditioner. It is recommended that the air conditioner be cleaned regularly as this will increase both operating efficiency and energy-savings

Long Airflow- For MSZ-GA50/60 VB
The high-power motor combines with a "Long Mode" to push air out further, providing an extended air flow that can reach the far end of long living rooms or reach the kitchen in open-concept living areas and studios. When operating in Long Mode, the air flow can be extended as far as 12m (in heating mode).

Wide Airflow- For MSZ-GA50/60 VB
An extra wide-angle airflow system of 150° distributes air evenly from right to left to assure a stable, comfortable temperature across a much wider area. Effective in extra-wide rooms, this unit can even be installed in corners to give maximum coverage throughout the room. *150° (heating)/100° (cooling) (for MSH-A50/60/80/GA)
