To ensure that our customers find working with our products as easy as possible we offer the complete range of "after-sales" technical support services. Each of the dedicated support functions operate Monday to Saturday.
- Technical Support: We have a team of highly skilled engineers available to respond to all of your product installation, commissioning and faultfinding enquiries.
- Spares Support: We all know that trying to identify a spare part, particularly on a 10-year-old unit can be difficult. Within Mitsubishi Electric we have a dedicated spares team who will not only identify the part you need, its price and availability but will also process your order and ensure its dispatch.
- Warranty Support: To assist our customers in making a warranty claim we have support engineers available to ensure that all submitted claims contain the necessary supporting information and are dealt with efficiently.
